Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the original work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works, provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the specific URL(s) on noaiarmy.tytehosting.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your contact information — Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief — "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. Statement of accuracy — "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
  6. Physical or electronic signature — Type your full name as your electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Include:

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Response Time

We endeavor to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. Removal of content will occur upon verification of a valid notice.
